With a strong foundation in Business Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College, Sharon brings over 25 years of comprehensive management experience spanning Legal & Compliance, Human Resources, Operations, and General Office Management. Over the years, she has honed her leadership skills by guiding teams, streamlining operations, and building positive workplace cultures across a variety of sectors.

In 2015, Sharon made a transformative shift into the field of Dentistry—an industry that resonated deeply with her passion for making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. As a Regional Manager, she is dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of patient care while also championing the growth and well-being of her teams. Sharon believes that exceptional patient experiences begin with a supported, empowered staff, and she works diligently to cultivate a warm, inclusive environment for both patients and teams members alike.

Outside of her professional life, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Byron, and their beloved dog, Roscoe. The couple often relaxes in their custom-designed game room, indulging their shared love of board games. Sharon loves to travel and is looking forward to upcoming trips.
